For many years I have sat back and watched as our government has served the privileged few. Through millions and millions of lobbyist dollars, the special interests have bought and paid for our state legislature. These groups have enjoyed the benefits of our tax dollars. Meanwhile hard working folks like us are getting stuck with the bill.
In addition, our government has allowed thousands of jobs to leave the area and the country. They have shown an amazing lack of foresight and now many of us who desperately want to work cannot find a job, let alone a good one with benefits.
Our seniors have it just as bad. In a country where pensions hardly exist any more and health care is through the roof, many of our seniors are left with a tough choice; to buy their needed prescriptions or pay their gas bills.

We deserve better.
I have never run for political office but after 44 years on the sideline, I am no longer willing to sit back and watch anymore.
I am running to be your state representative because I think it’s high time our government start to listen to regular folks like us.
If you will send me to Columbus, you will not get a fancy politician but you will get an honest, hard working servant who will represent you and not the special interests.
